We started working with Hollywood Bowl in late 2011 with a view to improve their overall online presence and increase the online booking ratio. The initial task was to put in place a new fully responsive website that was reflective of the operation, other key areas included the ongoing support of the marketing team we did this by close management of the analytics and responding to an agreed set of KPI's. To date the results have been in their words "amazing" there is still some way to go but with lots of ideas and creative thinking we look forward to the challenge.
