We take a look back on a successful year and look forward to the next
It was another busy year for all the team here at Arrival.
We created some wonderful websites, beautiful branding and had many PR and SEO campaign successes for both new and existing clients.
We also expanded our design team with the addition of Jackson Darley and added Paul Grace to the web development team - with both already making a huge impact on the quality of work we deliver.
Here's a small snapshot of what we worked on in 2018...
Botastic is an award-winning aesthetic clinic in Hull offering a discreet and luxurious pampering experience. They wanted a website that was a clear reflection of their brand identity and they wanted to improve their online presence within the search engines.
Working closely with the client, we designed a contemporary, clean and easy-to-use website featuring optimised content written by our in-house SEO team.
The new site includes a bespoke content management system enabling Bostastic to keep their blog updated and an integrated online booking system makes it quicker and easier for their customers to book a treatment online.
We were tasked with creating a high quality and reflective responsive website aimed at providing up to date information on the events and competitions for existing members and attracting new membership, event bookings and enquiries.
The new site includes professional photography and drone aerial footage to really grab the attention as soon as a user arrives. Well designed and strategically placed "call to actions" have successfully increased conversions.
With offices in Leeds and Doncaster, this forward-thinking accountancy constantly embraces new cloud technology for the benefit of their clients. After ditching their WordPress website for a bespoke responsive build, their online marketing now fully reflects this can-do culture. By working collaboratively on specialist SEO content every month, the whole NA brand continues to feel professional and relevant to their core audience of SMEs.
Legacy Elite Performance is a management software provider for sports clubs and businesses - using a factual, evidence-based approach to personal development, recruitment and retention.
Having created their brand identity, we developed a responsive website to help showcase their expertise and position them as a market leader in this unique industry.
This established client instructed us to develop a new responsive website which is more reflective of their standing and its already had a big impact with their current clients and potential customers enjoying the engaging online experience which allows them to book online.
Having worked with Kingston Joinery for over eight years, their latest responsive website was their third edition that we have developed for a company which is very much in tune with modern marketing and new technologies. Having shaped their content strategy alongside our PR and SEO team, we have driven up user engagement and conversions.
The PR team continues to help Kingston Joinery demonstrate its growth and success with regular website content updates on contracts won, projects completed and media releases.
Coverage in publications such as The Hull Daily Mail, The Yorkshire Post, Yorkshire Business Insider and The Business Desk.Com has ensured the firm's reputation and success has been widely recognised throughout the year.
This leading UK commercial glazing specialist wanted their marketing material to convert enquiries into orders - by placing more emphasis on the USPs which differentiate them from their rivals. After conducting a complete content review, we made significant changes to the tone and style of language adopted on their website and incorporated it into a new 20-page bespoke business-to-business brochure. Minor adaptations were also made to the website's navigation structure, with subtle but simple "call to actions" implemented in a bid to improve the number of leads. As expected, this significant investment quickly paid off with some substantial new projects signed and sealed for 2019.
Our PR team has ensured EYG Commercial's continued growth and investment has been featured in key trade publications in 2018, whilst regionally the success of the firm's modular department was featured in the Hull Daily Mail and The Yorkshire Post.
Media coverage was also secured relating to EYG's successful apprenticeship scheme, whilst content detailing projects completed by the company ensures the firm's website reflects the impressive work being completed for clients.
Luxus had a clear direction where they wanted to take their brand by providing potential customers with a range of stunning photography to showcase the luxury interiors they can create for beautiful and unique homes across the UK and abroad. Having worked with Luxus for over five years, their new responsive website is beautifully modern, responsive and uses full-screen professional photography with minimal text.
Established in Italy in 1961 Mainetti are a global company offering retail solutions worldwide. They work directly with some of the biggest clothing brands and retailers in the world. We've enjoyed a great working relationship since 2017 working on some really interesting online facilities for some of their most prestigious clients along with providing design services to the UK division of the company. A series of projects throughout 2018 strengthened our close working relationship and we look forward to more this coming year.
Hull City Council
Hull Culture, part of Hull City Council, contacted us in early Spring to create an inclusive brochure with the aim of getting people around the city to become active and feel healthier. We designed a 20-page brochure which enjoyed a print production run 250,000 to help improve awareness around this vitally-important campaign.
Our PR team continues to oversee and lead Hudgell Solicitors' media output, securing repeated national broadcast and print coverage for the firm and its specialist solicitors in 2018, reaching millions of people. This has included coverage of cases led by the firm in all national daily newspapers throughout the year (including national front pages), with interviews arranged with the firm specialists on national BBC News, ITV News, Sky News and national and regional radio stations.
Humber Business Week
Our team continue to provide pro bono support to Humber Business Week, which sees around 60 business events held across the Humber region each June.
The Arrival PR team play an instrumental role in shaping the week's programme in the months prior to the week itself, and promoting key events through regional print and broadcast media.
2018 saw Arrival create a new modern brand for the week, and the strapline of "Get Connected & Be Inspired", which was well received by the week's Steering Group and participants.
Last year also saw us help to launch of some new and exciting companies alongside some major re-brands for established and highly-respected businesses, including a national insurance brokers based in Stafford.
New brand creations were carried out for Core Construction, Florida Homes Group, UKOS, Melton Stone Supplies, Premier Training and WGS Glazing to name but a few. Each of these projects saw us provide a completely new brand concept with brand guideline documents created to ensure consistency in every area of marketing activity.
2019 is already off to a great start, and we know it's going to be another exciting year for the arrival team and our clients.
